Where is the hotel located?
We’re located minutes from Orlando International Airport at heart of Lake Nona, one of
America's most innovative communities. Plan your stay at Lake Nona Wave Hotel and
discover a unique side to Orlando.


What is check-in time and check-out time?

Our check-in time is 3pm, but if we have a room prepared earlier, it's yours! We kindly
ask that guests check-out by 11am so we can prepare for future guests.


What is the easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport?

We're just seven miles away from Orlando International Airport, the best way to get to the
hotel is by car. Contact us if you’d like to arrange an airport pick-up service for an
additional charge.


Where can I park?
For your convenience, we offer valet parking for an additional charge. Self-parking is
also available on floors 2 and up at the Wave Garage which is located adjacent to the hotel.


Where are the nearest shops and restaurants?

We have two restaurants and two bars on-site, click here to learn more. Additionally,
Lake Nona Town Center is just a few footsteps from the hotel and offers shops,
restaurants, and entertainment options. Check out dining options near us or ask our
team for our recommendations.


Where can I work-out?

Our Technogym powered Fitness Studio and Yoga Terrace can be found on the third
floor. We're also footsteps away from Lake Nona Performance Club and connected to
the over 44 miles of biking and hiking trails of Lake Nona.

Is the hotel pet friendly?
Yes, we welcome furry friends under 40 lbs. We do charge a cleaning small fee of $150
non-refundable that will be applied to guest rooms and $250.00 to suites. We welcome pets
in selected public areas of the hotel and have some special treats on hand for four-legged friends too. 

How can we check-in?
You can check-in upon arrival with our Living Room hosts or by using our kiosks. You
can also check-in through our mobile app, which offers everything you need during your
stay from keyless entry to in-room controls. Download our Wave App.

Does Wave offer smoking rooms?

Lake Nona is a non-smoking community and therefore smoking in and around Wave Hotel is not permitted.
There are no designated smoking areas within the immediate vicinity of Wave Hotel.

Is the hotel ADA accessible?

Yes, our hotel is ADA accessible. We have made every effort to ensure that all guests can enjoy
a comfortable and pleasant stay with us, regardless of any mobility limitations or other disabilities.
Our hotel meets all of the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
and we offer a variety of accommodations and amenities to meet the needs of all of our guests.


Is there a Veterans Discount?

Yes! We celebrate the brave service men and women who visit Lake Nona and the Nation’s
largest Veterans Hospital. We extend our deepest gratitude and a 10% discount
for your stays at Lake Nona Wave Hotel. Visit our offers page to reserve your stay.
